Create Courses
In a course, the assigned content units are displayed in the order you define. Displaying content units in different chapters is also no problem.
To create a new course:

Click the Library button, then click the Courses entry.

To create a new course, click the CREATE COURSE button.

Enter the course name in the Title field and optionally fill in the Description field.

Since you want to make the course accessible to others, you must enable the Usable in Groups toggle.

After completing the required course settings, click the CREATE button.
Assigning Content Units
Section titled “Assigning Content Units”After creating a new course, you need to define which content units will be displayed in it.
To assign content units to a course:

Click the Content Units entry.

Click the CREATE CHAPTER button.

Click the ADD CONTENT UNITS button.
NoteYou can also create multiple chapters within a course. Assign the desired content units to each chapter. Click the pencil icon to name the chapter.

Select the checkboxes for the content units you want to add.

Click the SAVE button.
The order in which the content units appear reflects the order in which you checked them. Use the arrow buttons to rearrange the units.
Please note that you also need to publish a new course, especially if you’ve made any changes to it.
Make the Course Available
Section titled “Make the Course Available”To allow others to view your course, you must make it available.
To do this, create a group where the course will be placed. You can then invite people to the group, giving them access to the course.
To create a group:

In the Content Editor’s sidebar, click the Groups entry.

Click the CREATE GROUP button.

Enter the group’s name and, optionally, a description.

Accept the default settings and click the CREATE GROUP button at the bottom.
The new group has been created. You are currently the only member.
Add Course to Group
Section titled “Add Course to Group”Great! You’ve successfully created a group. Now it’s time to add a course to it.
To add a course to a group:

Open the group (if needed) and go to the Library section.

Click the ADD CONTENT button.

Select the checkbox for the course you want to add to the group library.

Click the SAVE button.

After confirming the assignment in the confirmation dialog, the course will appear in the group library.
Don’t worry if you added the wrong course. Use the three-dot button to remove it from the library again.
Invite People
Section titled “Invite People”Currently, only you can see the added course. To allow learners to access it, you must invite them to the group.
Once a learner accepts the invitation, they become a group member and gain access to its content.
To invite a person:

Open the group and go to the MEMBERS section.

Click the INVITE MEMBERS button.

Enter the email address of the learner(s).

To ensure they can only view the content, assign the Student role (default).

Click the NEXT button.
You don’t have to invite learners individually. The Email address field supports up to 30 recipients.
In the confirmation window that appears, simply confirm the invitation to send it.
